The ‘go to’ restaurant in Mexico City, Mexico, Vegetariano Yug , described by our vegan backpacker friends as ‘all veg’. When it comes to Mexican style cuisine, it is easy to see how it can all easily be delicious vegan.
They are located near the Paseo de la Reforma, a spacious restaurant that attracts a business minded crowd. The daily lunch buffet is highly recommendable for an overwhelming set of choices in Mexican cuisine style. They have been successful for over 50 years in serving up delicious plant based foods. They also offer a stunning breakfast buffet with bread, and in the evening you can enjoy choices off their menu including salads, and soups, or you can snack from their buffet. They wait for you, and are one block from the Angel of Independence near the corner of Paseo de la Reforma. Parking is ample. Attire is casual.
