Banana & Avo Smoothie.

Try this quick delicious smoothie to up your ‘natural’ vitamin intake.

Serves 2


(use organic ingredients where possible) • 2 bananas (fresh or frozen)

• 1/2 avocado, stone and skin removed

• 1 1/2 cups almond milk

• 1/2 – 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste

• 1 tablespoon coconut nectar

• 1 tablespoon chia seeds

• 1 tablespoon peanut butter (optional)

• Handful of ice



Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed for half a minute until you reach a smooth consistency. Enjoy!
