Switching from dairy to healthy plant based alternatives is easier than you think! All you really need to know is that there are hundreds of alternatives out there! Many people are still are not aware of this as yet. We have spoken to so many people who have no knowledge of healthy milk alternatives, and still are not aware of the health risks associated with the consumption of dairy.
It has been estimated that 75% of today’s modern population is allergic to dairy! The dairy industries around the world are responsible for many debilitating illnesses caused to man through the push and continued advocacy of dairy products. False and misleading advertising campaigns for profit gain and consumption has been the cause of immune system breakdowns, excess mucous increase, allergen rise, increase in osteoporosis, bone fractures, operations, hypertension, obesity, heart attacks, cancer, flu’s and pneumonia, dementia, arthritis, herpes simplex, diabetes, high blood pressure. The list goes on and on and yet the ‘dairy’ industry continues to punt their toxins onto unsuspecting humans as humans demand it. It a vicious cycle of violence.
We cannot wait for anyone to change the laws. We cannot wait for anyone to make the change for us. We cannot wait for ‘welfare’ groups and associations who continue to promote ‘happy exploitation’ – who punt their animal products to us. No such thing exists. Animals are being exploited and they are running out of time. We have to take the information that we have today and run with it, we have to make the change ourselves. It has become logical that we have to start thinking for ourselves. What we do with this information is up to us, and those who are willing to listen and make the switch shall benefit soonest!
With an ever increasing population of 7 billion people around the globe – rising exponentially, 55 billion land animals are being tortured annually currently. They are being raped, mishandled, bred, and chopped up solely for profit margins, and promoted for unnecessary and detrimental palette pleasures. The tragedy that is happening to nonhuman beings is outcry of grief. Governments are doing nothing to stop this. Those figures are growing rapidly. Animals are slaughtered at an alarming rate and placed onto industrial conveyor belts that are moving faster than the speed of light to keep up with public demand. No care is given to them, they have become profit making machines with numbers worse in volume to that of Auschwitz.
Antibiotics are pumped into them, chemicals are added to their foods, and absolute garbage is being fed to them in order to save on costs. This in turn is being consumed by those who choose to eat and drink it. Milk is not only not nutritious, it is toxic, it is filled with antibiotics, chemicals, blood and puss, but most of all it is fuelled with absolute cruelty and violence – breaking down peoples immune systems – damaging the ecosystems that we have become so reliant upon.
There are hundreds of healthy alternatives out there, there are healthy solutions and everyone deserves the right to this knowledge. Try alternative products made of Soy milk, Oat milk, Coconut milk, Almond milk, Flax milk, Quinoa milk, Hazelnut milk, Rice milk, Cashew milk, 7 Grain milk, Sunflower milk, Hemp milk. You may not be open to such alternatives at first, or they may taste a little odd to some, but you shall never know until you try them! You can find wonderful vanilla or chocolate versions, try those too! All it takes is knowing that these are out there, trying them, and knowing that whilst you take dairy out of your diet, give yourself a 2-3 week allowance for your palette to adjust! Once you have made up your mind that you no longer want to be a part of this cruelty, and you are concerned about maintaining your health, as well as the health of the environment, the switch is so easy! You shall never go back again as your body becomes ‘cleaner’, healthier and is attracted to cleaner ‘fuel sources’.
There is no need to support the dairy industry. We do not benefit from dairy at all. Yet so many continue to suffer. Know your rights, acknowledge those who are continually abused – do something meaningful about it, give your own bodies and minds a chance to heal to become healthier. Every single recipe that you are so used to making using ‘dairy’ can be replaced by a non dairy alternative – every single one! (cheeses, milks, yoghurts etc). A great hint when looking for recipes on the net is to type ‘vegan’ before each recipe request – that shall point you in the right direction.
