Real food which is so delicious and useful in providing natural energy, upliftment and heals you from within. All food is prepared with love and care. Many desserts are created with sprouted seeds and nuts – releasing so many natural enzymes, raw and dehydrated foods, cocoa and coconut oil, super foods-chia, poppy, spirulina are made use of. Salt is replaced entirely with Himalayan and white raw cane sugar, maple syrup, agave and stevia. Dehydrated food is friendly and allows food to keep its wealth of vitamins, minerals and omega fatty acids. Their methods of cooking and preparing foods are drying dehydrator to 48 degrees, and cooking mainly with steam and oven. Frying and microwave have no place in their kitchen. Prepared sourdough bread and soda bread flour from whole – wheat, rye and spelt. For those who avoid gluten, gluten-free bake cakes brashna.Gotvarskata salt are replaced entirely with Himalayan and white raw cane sugar, maple syrup, agave and stevia.
